If your password is not recognised, or you think it may be incorrect, you will be brought to a screen with a number of options:
Input your email address: if you previously registered your email address with your membership organisation, input it into the box provided, and click 'Submit'. Your password will be emailed out to you immediately.
That didn't work: double check that this is the email address that your membership organisation has for you. If there is any problem, contact your membership organisation directly for help, and to double check that they have the correct details. Ensure that you are not using an alternative password, such as one supplied for the QFA Board website.
Update your email address: if you have recently changed your email address, or wish to add a new one, Institute members should login to My Institute (click here), and LIA members should click here. For both organisations, you can update your email address online.
Please note that it will usually take 24 hours for a new or updated email address to become live on MyCPD.
If you don't have an email address, or don't wish to register one, contact your membership organisation for help on your password. Please be prepared to provide your membership number and other details for verification.
Valid Membership: Check with your membership organisation to see if your membership subscription is paid up-to-date as only valid QFAs or CPD Members can access MyCPD.
